Unfortunately I do not take requests to make any modifications or changes to my shop posted designs. If you want to custom commission an item or sticker, please message me directly.
Yes! There are no set dates, but all limited edition sticker packs and/or designs have the opportunity to make surprise appearances in the shop. Instagram and TikTok are the best way to know what all is launching and when! 🙂
Themed packaging is limited only to stickers that are listed as a “Sticker Pack”. Stickers bought individually will be packaged in my standard packaging.Â
Have no fear! The shop is restocked about every 2-3 weeks with the exception of a few items here & there.
Any cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase for a refund via email to hello@rebekahheffington.com.
Due to the nature of my products, there are no returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. However, customer satisfaction is my top priority so please do not hesitate to reach out if there is an issue with your order once it arrives!
Current order turn around can take anywhere from 3-5 days to 2-3 weeks to ship out from the original date of purchase for any product and/or products.
We do our best to include as many geographical locations as possible, but sadly due to an increase in shipping rates, at this time we are not able to do international shipping.
