PLEASE NOTE:

  • Complete yard landscaping is not included in this listing. If you have little bushes or plants right in front of your home or on it, I will include that. A pencil sketch will be sent to you for approval.
  • You will have up to 2 revisions if needed. Once approved your painting will be completed. You will get a final photo of the finished painting before I go ahead and send it off to you!
  • Depending on how many open orders I have & also how fast you communicate with me, your illustration will be completed within 3-4 weeks!
  • (Turnaround times may vary – I will update you when I send the first sketch) I will send you a JPG and PNG file (300 dpi.) upon completion.

PHOTO QUALITY MATTERS

The best watercolor renderings come from the best quality photos. Blurry photos result in a more “fluid” rendering. The best photos are at least 15 inches wide with a resolution of 90 dpi. Smartphone photos and downloaded photos are typically fine, but screenshots do not work.

LOOKIN’ GOOD

The colors you see may vary slightly due to differences in monitor displays. However, you can trust us —it looks great!

HOW TO ORDER

Use the dropdown menu to choose the listing that best suits your needs, click ‘add to cart’ and purchase. You will receive an email with 24 hours of payment, with a link for you to attach images, and tell me about that your vision for the illustration will be. It is also helpful to include a written list of house characteristics and any other additives such as greenery or lettering on the print. This helps to create a portrait that is special and unique to you.

TURNAROUND TIME

After the receipt of your photos, purchase, and information it takes 1-2 weeks to receive a proof. If you have a need by date that you don’t feel like will fit in that timeline, please contact me and check. After the proofs are approved, I will have your illustration digitally rendered and then send you a link for secure download.

PLEASE NOTE

I allow for several (no more than 3) small edit requests before providing final files/sending your portrait to the printer. For personal use only (holiday cards are 100% ok). Due to the nature of the product being sold, there are no refunds. Portrait examples can be viewed in photos.
