But you can still find ways to recharge and get distance from your possibly overcrowded home.

One thing I love doing daily is just finding a quiet place to sit and read or sketch and watercolor. It sometimes is only 10 minutes but that time lets my mind reset.

Mental health is just as important as your physical health. Take time to plan for breaks and reward yourself with small pleasures during the day to better balance that works and home life (especially if you are now working from home).

Stay safe, stay happy, and stay home.
